Today was a trilling day for me, at around 9.30am 17 of us headed to the bus stop infront of our school to take a bus down to Zhong San theme park. Since it was a weekend, the bus was really crowded and we barely had a place for us to stand. Thankfully the ride turns out to be a 40minutes one and so we didn’t really felt the torture.
When we reached the Theme Park, we found out that it was kind of like a really HUGE garden. When we first walk in, we would have to walk pass a small bridge, around the bridge was boats where one can peddle with her partner across the small lake. After which, you would reach garden where you can see people selling roses and other products. If you were to walk further into the garden, you would be able to see a statue of Sun Zhong San together with some other statue.

In the theme park itself, you would be able to see many different types of rides and you can clearly see that they actually set aside a area for the children and another area where the teenagers could take their trilling rides. However the way they were charge over here in China is different in the sense whereby in Singapore, you are charge by the entry fee and that means you only have to pay for the entry ticket and you are able to play all the other rides as many times as you like, but over here in China, Wuhan we are actually charged by the rides that you play, which means you do not have to pay any entrance fee but you would only have to pay for the ride which you would like to ride in. Well most probably they have to charge it this way might be because many parents might want to bring their whole family to the theme park but they might find it expensive to bring their whole family along if they were charge by the entrance fee, and so if they were only charged by the rides that they take, then the elderly that are going there would not be charge and at the same time enjoy the time spend with their family.

I find this little girl really cute
After the theme park, we were brought to the shopping centre next to it where we had our Singapore Food, at this place called Merlion. Well it might not be exactly our local delicacy but they food they serve were really tasty and mine came in a big portion. But the thing which I found rather similar was the cost of the food, as compared to the price of the other food in Wuhan, the food sold over there was rather expensive.

Randomly, while we were on the way back to our hostel, we happened to pass by this really talented guy who started to drawing on the street with the chalks that he have. His drawing looks pretty real though.
You have to agree that he is talented
Reflection:
This was the first time when I found so many happy children in Wuhan. Today when I was in the theme park, I saw many children together with their parents enjoying their time spend together. I was kind of surprise when I saw so many parents bringing their child to the theme park and paying for almost every rides that the child wanted to try in. Maybe due to the one child policy in China, I realize that the parents over here in China really dote their children a lot, one can notice it just by the way the child is dress.
Im glad that i am here
