Today I had a good sleep as we were having a free day and so most of us slept all the way till the clock struck 11. After which we headed for lunch at the Duo Luo Jie again, but this time we tried a new restaurant call Kuai Le Chu Fang(Happy Restaurant). The food was really really delicious, it wasn’t salty, neither was it oily, I will give it 5 stars if I had to rank it ^^

Before
After
It was around 2 plus 3 when all my group members came into my room and we started chit chatting and we even practice our dance for ½ hour? And after so the rest of them return to their individual room, while my roommates and I were doing our own stuff like watching video and I had my afternoon nap (((: After resting, we headed out for dinner at 6.30pm to Happy Restaurant again, this time 13 of us went. When we were there, we headed to the 2nd storey where we had a room to ourselves because we almost filled up the entire room.
All of us having dinner together
After dinner some of us took a walk to the supermarket and bought some stuff for our cruise trip tomorrow and after so we headed back to the hostel. On the way back we sang songs and said jokes, I had lots of fun though (:
It was around 11pm when most of the students came back to the hostel and we were able to play with the Xu Yuan Deng. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to delay the event till 11.30pm (ps: Thanks guys for all the help, very much appreciated). Anyway we were finally able to play with our lanterns, we wrote our wishes on it and watch it fly into the sky. The process of lighting the fire and making sure that the lantern is able to fly is kind of challenging for our teams lantern, but well we manage to do it. The moment when I saw our lantern flew into the sky I was really HAPPY, at least it gave me a chance of hope that my wish would be granted, right?

I experience a new thing everyday
Reflections :
Today when we were at Happy Restaurant having our lunch, I saw something that was pretty amazing as I flip through the menu, and that was that they actually had dog meat as a dish in their menu. I guess that was something which I have never seen it appear in any of the restaurant in Singapore. Well, maybe that’s part of China culture since I have already saw a number of shops which specialize in selling dogs meat as well as snakes. However, if you were to ask me if I would like to have a piece of that delicacy, I guess I would not have the courage to have it. Will you?
